Lol. I seem to be mumbling off in a lot of my posts. Making what I'm trying to say more harder and confusing to understand then it already is... God Dammit.

concrete is pretty hard on your body - even for just dancing on your feet
i practice all terrain on some concrete structures on my street and it rips up my hands something fierce ( got to buy gloves )

in tel aviv i had a bunch of industrial strength bubble wrap that was backed with brown paper, we'd put that down beneath our lino when we danced outside - worked really well

you must have been a bgirl.... because the only moves that you pulled on me were heartbreakers

i rather bring a vinyl or linoleum mat to ur school, if you have like a car or something u could bring it and then take it out when its time to use, i really dont like cardboard much only because it moves around ALL THE TIME when we bust a move...but yeah concrete...not a very good idea lol

Tape it down my friend, dont want it to move. if you can, try to get more support under the cardboard, like an extra layer of it undearneath.

take care.

Concrete does hurt, whether it's street or even garage - whether it's on hands or feet.

For years, I practiced in my garage floor... and it has helped me... but not without some cuts and bruises from the extremely unforgiving pavement.

Anyhow, if you truly must dance on concrete, snag some cardboard and linoleum and line the lino on top of the cardboard to give it some give... this will make the lino feel much like a dance floor, allowing you to familiarize yourself with the feel, while leaving you unscathed.

Engyn.

The important thing is... is that at anytime we can sacrifice what we are now for what we can become.

True or False: 'Dance like noone's watching'?

FALSE
