there's a dance this friday, and i was gonna use my new routine until i found out windmills hurt like hell when u just learn how to link them... so i was looking for some help with a substitute routine until i get multiple windmills down. so... where would i go after a bronco that would go good into a 2 rotation headspin?
Go and look in "routines and combos" forum that might help you with your combos.

what do you mean your mills hurt? you are not doin them correctly then
I think that's the point; he is not doing them correctly. They abouslutly kill when you do them wrong and your hips come crashing down on the floor. Try somthing else, and develop your style.
Location: burbs of pittsburgh :(not cool, not cool

either way the pain goes away in the circle...
zodiak...I was sayin that makin up sets isn't real hard when there simple. I mean if you've got some moves then just drop on the floor and get into some and then a headspin...
dont trip, your adrenaline will pump u up no doubt, just bust ur millz, im sure u wont feel a lot pain till after the dance...the crowd and ur friends will be behind u
why does bboyin hurt so bad?
geeez...i cant stand it!
i think i got my mills down now i tried working into them differently, like from a handstand instead of from toprock, so it feels better. the pains were from my hips hitting the ground in the beginning of the mill. its harder than u think to do one from standing without hitting ur hips unless i am doing something completely wrong. thanks for the advice.
