sumbody giv us a hand? (flips) -

i been haven probs wiv my flips, could any of you giv me tips or somethin,
i flip onto my hands like a half flip to handstand and then i push off the ground with my arms and swing my legs over to land on my feet but i don't get enough momentum to actually land it.  |
