I fell trew my arm a couple a days ago so I wasn't able to do air freezes no mo properly but it kinda healed a few days later and so I got to do it again and the forst real pike I did, I kinde overdid it
 so now my leg hurts like hell if I pike it and worse of all, my arm is starting to hurt again... Will this be the end of my breaking career??? no serious, is this a serious injury? |
