Sup H'all! I need some help from from anyone whos willing. Can someone tell me how to do a good front handspring. Also could anyone tell me how to keep me from swichin legs in a one legged swipe? I always try to keep the same foot touchin the ground but somehow I always put the other foot down instead! I just started beakin and I got some of the basic moves down like reg. swipes, kip ups, coffee grinders, and I almost got virgin flares. Also my bud's an awesome breaka, and he says I got some of the best popin an lockin, tuttin, and moon walks hes ever seen! Peace out brothers!

The stuff ur describing is just gonna take practice. There is no method you use to keep from switing legs, you just drill it into your head that ur not gonna switch legs. Just takes time.

map your moves out in your mind and practice them mentally whenever you can
that'll help you when you do it physically and yeah, it's all about practicing, really |
