Y'all ever had one of those dayz when u wonder if or when u will realise your full potential in break dancing? There were these really wicked breakers at the club on tuesday. These bust their moves so well that u just feel u will never be as or greater than them. Man, dayz like these suck.

yeah, probably because i'm trying to improve too fast too.....right now i'm practicing airflares (only have half of one), headglides (not gliding long or far enough), headspins (not normal ones, but super fast ones that have me losing balance) and backflip (the hardest move in the world to me).
how do y'all practice too? one move at a time or a series of moves in one session?

lol, sometimes I get like that, but you have to push yourself. Don't get discouraged my other breakers. And don't ever think you've reached you full potential. Strive to obtain a new move, combo or whatever. You never know until you keep at it and don't give up.

I got here in Canada today and the first thing my frens did was take me to a club called MASH..well..we started dancing and this guy was breaking so i went introduced myself and started breaking with him and couple of guys joint us..they cud moveee those guys..i mean they have been breaking for 3-5 years and have shows and travel n stuffs..they even did a show with ludacris in winnipeg last November...anyways i had the time of my life tonight,...they appreciatte my style alot and we got the crowd going...the DJ gave a shout out to us and we had a show for like 3 hours straight...pure respect to them..Chucky if ur still in winnipeg look for a guy called Phil he's sick!!! neways i had my fun,i had my hip-nerves wrecked again..All in all the pain was worthed and i learnt alot just even from tonite breakin in circles with the pros.............

The four elements of hiphop {Graffiti,Mc,Dj,Bboy/Bgirl} and you thought I was gonna start with water.Ha!

^thats dope spikey

anyways, this is my fourth season snowboarding...
it has taken me til now to get moves that people look at and say "I wish I could do that" or someone yells "OOOOO" or nice or somethin...all these years I thought I was just wastin my time and I would never be one of those guys who people say are good...well this year I've had alot of people tell me I was good, it just took alot of time, but I'm still not good

so first thing...you are probably better than you think you are, there are alot of people who are bigheaded but then there are alot of people who are the opposite and think they are worse than they actually are...I guess I'm that way, a little

second thing...it takes time, one day somethin might click and in two weeks you have moves you have been workin on for months, and then it starts all over again and it seems like you are learning nothin, just keep goin...you don't wanna be one of those people who quit when somethin gets tough...

Dude, as for the koreans... theres more than "just" practicing and perfecting moves...

The art of Archery

and for the thing to stay motivated.. get yourself a cam. Vids are the best to keep track of your own advancements... you know the story of the frog that got burnt in the water ? He didnt notice that the water got hotter because the process of warming up took long.

But if he'd compared the current temperature of the water from now to then when he got into the water...

I'm not sure if you get my point. But... sometimes you're better than you are. And sometimes you forget how much you sucked

yea i have days like those too, but you just have to remember where u started. i mean, at some point u knew nothing. just think about that compared to where u are now and about how much better uve gotten. its kinda like the whole 'glass if half empty/ glass is half full' thing. if u think about how far uve come instead of how far u have to go ull feel a lot better.

They're out to get me
They won't catch me
I'm f***in innocent
They wont break me!

Shit bro, everyone, well I think at least everyone, has a day like that. don't sweat it. Take those days as a way to grow better as a bboy, weakness into a strength right? Keep yourself dedicated to the game, mind over matter, keep focused and do what you do.

"If you can't handle yourself in a battle, then you don't deserve to call yourself a bboy"- Crazy Legs

Ha! I heard your kung fu was strong and impressive. But you can not beat my style! HA HA HA lol J/k but we all know I'd win
