Hey, whats up everyone. I'm new to breaking and I wanted to ask anyone with experience what is the best way to protect your wrists during practice? I've noticed some strain on my wrists after class, and I would like to minimalize the damage. Wrist strengthening excerises seem to be the obvious choice. Is althetic tape a good way to prevent strain during practice? Anyone with any insight into this topic would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

things like athletic tape and wrist supports help, i would reccomend one if ur worried about your wrist. the best way to not be injured is to prevent things from starting.
not only strengthening but u need to stretch, if u work it out to much it just makes it stronger but hurts more to use. u need to combine both and take care of urself |

Dont bite the hand that feeds u, eventually everyone helping u will get annoyed...jesus.
Beginners giving beginners tips without understanding what they are saying is probally one of the worst ways to spread KNOWLEDGE.....which is the key to anything in life.
