Aight check this out people
I started doin headspins last month and i keep hearin rumors that headspins cause baldness
Is this shit true?...I think it might b cuz i keep gettin scabs on my scalp and it feels like a burn ...but no hair ever comes out...
well sum one please clear this up for me.

it can but thats not why ur head hurts...

firstly, if ur not careful it can because it winds out the hairs by the roots, but thats normally when u spin inside a hat and it doesnt move or anything.

but ur head hurts because u need to toughen up and get like callouses on ur heads. it'll have scabs and shit until it gets tougher

it will make you go bald. i stopped doing them after i lost a little hair, barely noticebal though. i'd suggest you stop doing them if you want to keep your hair.

i have been doing headspins for awhile now and i have had dandrif and loss of hair , kinda sucks havin all the flakes fallin out of your hair in the middle of class

but on the top of my head my hair is thinner to wear at the right angle you can see my scalp -i still do them though
