Maybe duct tape or a thin rubber sheet or something like that.

Buy some of that grip tape stuff you put on the bottom of the

bath tub, you know the stuff . It will stick rite on. You can even

buy dinosaurs or sea shells.

Get double wide wrist bands. They aren't as padded as an elbow pad is, but they are more discreet, they still protect you, and they don't slip very often.

u dont want something that bulky anyway, id just use the "elbow" bands, but like he said, make sure its the double wide ones for like tennis. They work really good and dont slip, but if u have ur heart set on the one u have...just look into sewing some material onto it

Dont bite the hand that feeds u, eventually everyone helping u will get annoyed...jesus.

Beginners giving beginners tips without understanding what they are saying is probally one of the worst ways to spread KNOWLEDGE.....which is the key to anything in life.

i got a better idea............just dont use them!
anyway,if u insist of using it,just wrap those tennis racquet grips or badminton racquet grips around the elbowpad.......then,u wont slip!.....hope it works!

I find that anything on my elbow causes me to slip.
I used to use a "double wide" but even they make things like blowing up to an elbow freeze very hard as they slide too much.

Most of the time I don't put anything on my elbow, skin grips well enough to do the move, and unless you're doing LOADS of elbow tricks, or are going to be landing hard on it, you don't really need the padding.

The only problem then, is if you screw up the move and your elbow slides across the floor you'll be loaing skin which is gonna hurt for a few days.

Your best bet is to find some kind of grippy material, some cycle gloves have a rubbery patch on the palm - basically you're looking to attah some kind of soft rubber to it. Worth trying the bottom part of a mouse mat.

If you do put some form of grip on it though, you'll sacrafice almost all the ability to spin on it.

A bboy without style, is like a broken pencil.

There's just no point.

you should just go without pads, i think its wack to use pads, wristbands and stuff are aight but then a big elbow pad doing freezes, just makes it seem like your scared of getting hurt a lil
