Its good to start early, but not to early if you start at something like 8 or 9 its pretty bad for your muscles and stuff.. |

Well, i think 14 or 15 is a good age, caus you learn easlier the older you are, and you dare to take bigger chances, unlike if your 11, few people would dare windmilling because the burn their shoulders.

Everyone says that you shouldn't work out with weights until your 14, so I would say to start bboyin at 10-99 years of age.
