search for lucid dreaming on google or something.

its where you realise you are dreaming. you can train yourself to do it but it takes a while. there was also a thread on here about it, so search the forums.

I read somewhere too remember dreams; as soon as you wake up write your dream down or even better get a voice recorder and record it before you forget it, you will get better at remembering the dreams and after awhile wont have to write them down/record them.

a much less work(ful?) way to remember dreams is to not move when you wake up. it might not work in your school days, but on the weekends when u wake up lay there until you remember them. just stay motionless. you'll probly forget the first few times to lay still but eventually you'll remember

Dreams are trippy shit, especially lucid dreams. They are basically real, if such a thing exists. Things like right now never exist. When your dreaming do you remember what you did that day? Thigns from your dream are in one part of your brain, things from the waking life are in another. Imagine if you had a complete identity for when you are dreaming, as real as when you are awake which is supposedly "real" but what is real? There could be a whole nother world for when you are sleeping. It's completely possible because reality is only a figment of your imagination. You don't know what is "real" as far as you know you could be a cloud of gas in space with a mind and everything you think is real is just a "dream"

this is a really interesting topic. I have often wondered what other people's dreams are like. I seem to have the whole range.

I often know I'm in a dream and like Ezza, I can consciously choos what path I want to take (though this only happens in that state where u are still asleep but partly conscious).

I often have recurring dreams where the dream will either repeat itself or I will continue where I left off.

I seem to remember them too (though I cant be sure cos how do i know i've had a dream that i dont remember). But normally I wake up just after a set of 2 or 3 different dreams and remember them all.

Lately, my dreams have been like stories - they have a whole structure, like beginning, lead up tension, climax and resolution.

I used to always fall off bridges in my dreams when i was younger and i was told it was a fear of success and moving forward.

And i often change who i am in dreams. One minute im me, the next ill be someone else watching me, or someone else in a totally different situation.

And finally, I often get killed in my dreams - shot by an army officer during a war with a machine gun - multiple gun wounds. And i remember going "so this is wot its like to die...rather calmly too."

Neways its just interesting.

If at first u don't succeed...destroy all evidence of trying.

i remember my dreams if i don't do yoga before i go to bed ... sometimes i'll purposely not do yoga just so that i'm tense enough to keep in REM ( i think that otherwise i drop down faster and come up pretty quickly too)

i've had a few lucid dreams but not to the point that i gain a lot of control over it , or at least , not to the point where it has occured to me WHILE i know i'm dreaming that i might want to take control over the dream , but the first step on that road is to look at your hand ( while dreaming ) then concentrate on moving your hand

i've seen ghosts- interacted with them too... that's always fun and then i get a little freaked out only after it happens

i think that the walls dividing our shared reality from other planes of conciousness are much ,much thinner than we generally believe

you must have been a bgirl.... because the only moves that you pulled on me were heartbreakers
