Hey all. I was wondering if u guys stick to certain diets? Coz like I look slim but I seem to be really really unfit for some reason lol... should I stick to a diet?

maybe its not your diet but ur muscles

it doesn't hurt to change the way you eat.
just add some more protein to your body, and you'll gain some muscle, and cut away that flab.

train your muscles or just simply break. If you are really desperate, eat protein diets or take protein supplements (and try to get cancer.)
Protein diets replenish your muscles fast. I used to take it, like eating tons of beans, seafood, red meat, and beancurd.

lanjiao skin is nice and juicy.

eat lots of protien and run a lot or ride. im really skinny but i hav a bit of muscle and i run for 30 mins every morning.

Oh ok guys.. Ill probably go on jogs before skool in the morning to get my stamina up and i guess i'll break EVERY night.. i just haven't been dedicated for the past few months. Ill eat foods that are high in protein too!

i dunno what to tell you haha...just break as often as you can...thats all i do and my doc says i'm the most physically fit person he's seen in my age group and i eat whatever i want

Just exercise on a daily basis to increase your weight, muscle wise. If you really want to add muscularity and weight to your body, you should do some weightlifting.
