Need some advise plzzzz!! -

Yea im a newb. i got a few questions if anyone can help me out.
Whats the best flooring i can get ? What execises should i do to get me faster and stronger...I can do a mill but i ussually hit the ground the second time around. And lastly whats the best way for me to learn new tricks?? are there tutorials or somfin??? Thanks for the help..if u do help that is lol PEACE |

id hav to say lino is the best, push ups and weights are good excersises, get help by mods or other bboys and look up that move in Moves Section

BTW do you know if there are any websites with tutorials or somthin? These that tell u how to do it word for word get me kinda confused lol.... Can i get linolium in like home depot or somthing?

yeah u should be able to find lino in kicthen stall ask your parnets and ima not usre what site to vist for moves but search around in the moves section on this site ok peace_ again

well yeah you can use linioum to break that is always nice to break on. and to get better just look at the guides in the moves section there is usually great advice with good guides there. If there is no pics or clips just look at the gallery and looik for moves there it always helps to see before you try to do something of something you just read.
