how's that. I finally went to a physio about my wrist. Now i wish i had just broken it. The ligenment has been ripped away from the bone in my wrist called the lunus or something like that. So it's not moving in sequence with the other little bones in my wrist, so now it's biting my nerves and grinding against the other bones.
So, it will take 6-8 weeks for the ligenment to heal over the bone again with the help of strapping, and it will take at least 4 months before i can break on my right hand again.

I think i'm pretty screwed when it comes to dibiltating injuries.
Haha, but i'm still smiling. Now i can learn to write and break on my left right?

thats actually a good idea.
u should start using ur lefft hand and when ur right gets better u will be able to do shit on both hands
i remember when i used to skateboard i did the same thing when i move along, so i learnt how to ollie on both legs
if u practice alot it will become just as natural as ur right

This one time...this hot chick rings me up and says to me in a horny voice, ''Oh baby come over now, no ones home''.... So I went over to her house and no one was home..

hey trainer, i always wonder why you're up so late, and then i realised, you're in perth, you're two hours behind us.
just thought i'd share that lol, peace.

and yes, being as good on my left would be good, but the fact remains, i still need to use my right in different situations.

haha yep in perth
and im in the middle of TEE which is equivalent to HSC in eastern states, but i cant study so im always checking different forums at night :P

as for ur right arm, can u put and weight on it, like just doing footwork etc? coz i wouldnt expect u doing power moves on a torn ligiment. i did the same thing on my shoulder 2 yrs ago (my shoulder tendent ripped , which connects the shoulder bone to the shoulder muscle) so i had to get a big operation. but b4 the operation i was still using it heaps, but when i moved it in awrkward postions it would hurt

hope all goes well anyway

it's probably not quite as bad as you'd think..a little bit down the road it could be not nearly as severe as originally thought. kinda like my shoulder. still sounds awful though. get well.

blows ass my man. U get to work on your toprock though thats a good thing. try takin up some popping thats what i did when i was injured. Rest it and a couple months down the road dont be afraid to test it lightly. You dont wanna spend 12 weeks out for an injury that only took 5 to heal but u dont wanna mess it up more then it already is.

trainer, i can't even do a six step with it, i can't put any pressure on it at all, it won't bend back at all, but hey, its not all bad.

For sure kicks, i'll be top rocking away, and for sure it's a good opportunity to work on my crap poppin.

it's annoying, cause all i need strapping wise is a thin strip of tape across the base of my wrist to hold my bone in place while the ligenment sticks back over.

oh well, hey theb, go to the doctor bro, you never know, could be the best thing to do.

you guys ... you're young , it'll heal don't worry about it

just do what the doctors say and stay off it for a while , a year seems like a long time now but when you're 26 it's a different story

when i was 11 i got tendonitis in both of my lower legs from ballet - i thought my career was over !%)@(%)
heh
it heals
it'll all heal , just give it time , arnica and ice and make sure it's alright befor you start fucking with it again and you should be breaking again in a year from now

it's NOT the end of the world

but it COULD be if you don't bother to fix it

hell , your entire skeleton is renewed over a period of 7 years , whats a displace bone ? NOTHING

you must have been a bgirl.... because the only moves that you pulled on me were heartbreakers

ha, i wish it was just a displaced bone, we're talking ligenments and tendons, the reason for the displaced bone that is. Anyway, i'm 22, i don't heal like i used to, i can feel it now, rugby has given me some interesting problems that won't go away.

you sure don't heal as fast when u hit 20.....i vouch for that. you'll be ok hagios...go to a better physio dude, specialised sports injuries ones can help u heal faster with special excercises and equipment
