dude i dont know wut kind of split u had goin on...but i dont ever recomend that again. even if i dont wrm up i dont hurt that area.....inter-westing....

I think that happened to me like 3 times already.... I kept on stretching it and kept doing mills in pain and it went away after a few days....

but you gotta keep on stretching it, unless its really f-ed up...that you cant walk....

depends on a lot of stuff. How bad the pull is how fast you heal. If its a mild groin sprain give it a week or two then stretch it a lot and if it hurts a little stop. If its a lot worse see a physician

put arnica gel on it
and keep it warm
and its two weeks for complete healing but it'l be fine in 2 or 3 days for more execise , just don't push it so much
mad low splitz will take somewhere between a month and 5 months ,if you stretch carefully and slowly after practice, when you are warm
don't be stupid , don't push it too hard - it takes time for muscles to reset , so give them that

i've been taking quite a battering recently since i started my halo and aerial flips training!! halos i always slam down my feet and knees, and crack my neck (only once tho when i tried something 'new'), and aerials, well, constant sore ass!! i can actually throw a somersault but I land very low on my two feet, any tips?(no run-up)
