I cut my knee open on a lightswitch and I'm in a cast untill Wensday. Is there any b-boyin' I can do that doesn't involve me moving my legs very much?

You should try some head spins, that doesn't use your knee that much. Just don't land on it.

i wouldn't recommend any of those moves they all use your knee in one way or another. if it was a minor cut enough that he is able to be able to do those then it's minor enough to do everythin in basically. just stay off the knee and let it heal...or be a man and just dance through the pain!

just work on freezes. my knee is out too man. it sucks big time, i'm not in a cast or anything, but i dont wanna damage it. i've just been doing freezes lately.
