Havent you ever seen Becoming? They teach just some random people how to dance exactly like people in the music video's. It isn't as clean because they only have like 1 day to learn it but it show's that doing this choreagraphy does not take any skill.

His choerographer is one of his dancers. I think he's a great dancer.
