eah they do crack by themselves i dont even want them to crack but they do...it doesnt hurt but it bloodly werid to just crack like how they are.
and i do warm ups and stretches before i break.
and my knees crack when i walk aswell and when im doin sit ups my RIGHT hip cracks really loud every time im pushing up for a sit up.
and theres my 2 thumbs thats crack as well my left wrist...and when i kick with my right leg i feel every joint pull apart for that 1 sec when i kick my leg...i also took 2 weeks of breakin off just to see what would happen and it still doing it.
