I was just wonderin what everyone out there uses for pimples...

accutane (i have seen works for ppl...its helped me out but leave it to me to quit usin it when i go pimple free and then they pop back up)
chemical peels...(which really suck but some times i see a diff)
mederma for scars
bunch of mixtures

dont really wash my face...or ever keep it nice and clean from sweatin... thats probably my biggest problem

I used to have really bad ones, cause I always popped them, now only little ones once a while, but still got mad scars from the past.....

I use neutrogena on the spot treatment and a moisturizer so my shitty skin wont be dried.....

I was thinking of accutane but I've heard that it makes your bones weaker or some shit....as a bboy, I stay away from that...lol....I need strong damn bones

nah it doesnt mess with your bones at all. Its not as bad as its hyped up to be its like that cause some senators son committed suicide and they blamed the drug. All i got was really dried out my lips were always chapped and my face would get peely so i had to use moisturizer. Its really only bad if u have liver problems or get pregnant on the drug which i dont think u gotta worry about.

does it clear you out completely?
how long does it take to clear up 100%....?
oh, and does it cost alot and do you have to keep on using it or do you clear up and stop.....?

just some questions I had about accutane.....cause I only read about it and never actually spoke to anyone who used it...

Pimples...

Im at the age of getting dem da most (my dad's side was cucumber faces). But to actually get rid of dem SAFELY, i'd get this one stuff called beauty salt or someting. It's an extract from bamboo or something, but yea. its safe, 100% pure, no chemical shit, just regular bamboo salt. once everynight, or every 2 nights, but yea, its better than some other stuff i think..

Red!

Blue!

it took me about a month b4 n e real noticable results then within 2 months a lot of it was gone. And by 3 all i had was the occasional pimple and some discolored skin. Fogot about that your skin gets pretty red like u have sunburn and u get real sensitive to the sun. I think like 85% of the people who use it dont need to go back on it ever agian or some percent around that. Im not sure about the price. it was covered by my insurance plan. just to tell u takin its a pain in the ass. Every 4 weeks you have to get blood taken and see your dermatoligist. But it worked miracles on my pimples

Its funny because diet is proven to have an effect on the amount and size of the pimples you get. Such as kids in africa and some other random countries dont get acne like americans/europians do.

With that said, i use clearasil (sp?) astringent and the skin scrubber stuff. I used to use em every night and the astringent in the morning and they practicly went away, its great. But sine i ran out of the soap scrubber stuff, they have come back. I figured it was the chemical combination, but now im using 2 different things now, and they seem to be working great. I only get little ones, and a big one is rare and is usually covered by my hair (since i have been growning it out, it covers my eyes)

go to www.acne.org and try the regimen the guy is recommending, worked for me 90%.....never hurts to try but a minus is that you will always need to use a moisturizer and it will come out when you sweat.....lol

yeah, diet does affect it......stupid scientists say that it doesnt cause it will hurt snack companies and shit.....goddamn capitalism.....

when I eat sweets such as cookies and icecream, I get zits ALWAYS so they better not give me that shit that it doesnt affect your skin....

Hey now, im a writer, not a bboy. Being a bboy means you are good at breakdance

I just pick the stuff up randomly, there was something on the news about it a while ago.
