[Help] Regarding Power-- -

I've been practicing power ever since i started and basics. I have gotten some advanced power moves like flare, halo, mill, barrel mill, cricket,a little bit of head spin. Recently i have lost all of it, i practice every single day, or i try to. I don't know why i've lost it , it's become more harder to do.

Have you gotten bigger? (or smaller) (as of weight/height)
Did you lose or gain muscle? Did you not practice those powermoves in a long time? A change of lifestyle making you more tired? Either way, just go back to basics and work your way back up, youll get it back real quick. No worries, it happens to the best of us. |
