No i am pretty sure he is not, if you watch videos of them you will see the styles are completley different.Katsu from ichigeki is not in a crew (from what im aware of) . Shame they disbanded my fave was Bboy prince.

Definitely 2 different people. Katsu from Ichigeki battled with Kyoto Bboy Club, there's recent footage online. Prince also just battled as Ichigeki so it seems like they're making a little resurgence.
