I'd say practice and stretch before you attempt these moves-but that'd be a mssive understatment. You have to take it beyond your peak performance level. Good goal for any bboys out there. ***Try these at your own risk...***
I saw a bouncing headspin attempt 2day...not a good idea...

Good post. But personally, I don't think it's a bad thing for people to do what they see, because I don't think it's the move that you do that's important, but how you do it. It doesn't matter if all you do is a six step to a zulu spin; if you do it with conviction, and it's an honest expression of 'you', there's nothing wrong with that.

I'm a foundation-head for precisely that reason. That's not to say that I won't pick up any power (I'm in the process of learning foundational power at the moment), but more that I feel the art lies in dancing to the music, and not the originality of your moves. Original moves are dope, but I think far too much emphasis is placed on being original purely for the sake of it. For me, dancing comes first.

I respect what you're sayin. But how can u take somethin from someone else and say 'this represents me'?. I take some parts from other ppl sure-but I try and completely change it so that its tailored to myself. You don't have originality for the sake of being original, but for the sake of expressing your own creativity and not what someone else made up. I get what ur saying about throwin conviction and heart into the steps, and if u can create something yourself with that same conviction and soul, then that's something more powerful than goin hard with someone elses. Because you created it. You know what I'm sayin?
