Bloody Noses -
07-16-2009, 09:28 PM
whenever i do airbabies, crickets, or handglides, my nose starts bleeding a little bit. i think it is the dryness in the air plus the fact that these moves put pressure and rush a lot of blood to my head, but does anybody else have this problem? and does anyone have any advice?

HMMMM.......ok now this is just a question, do you have high blood pressure? cause sometime nose bleeds happen that way or it could be the heat maybe?
