Cypher or Battle? -

Which do you prefer? Which do you perform best in? How seriously do u take cyphering or battling?
I prefer battles, even if i perform better in cyphers...and i take battles more seriously than cyphers  |

depends... If its one of those jams where there's only one main cypher in the center then I hate it because everyone's fighting to get in and shit. At those types of jams I only like battles. If theres multiple cyphers and shit then i like cyphers.

man i'll tell u guys something. There was a cypher at the last jam i was at with hatsolo, blanka, maxone and a bunch of people from the uk. DJ Timber said "This cypher is a very special one, the person who represents the most gets my newest mixtape". EVERYONE TRIES 2 RUSH IN! Everytime i jumped in someone else jumped in and took my spot...this happened 15 times IN A ROW!!! I only repped twice in that cypher, and found out it was The Fresh Prince Of Belfast mixtape - which i have

there was a cypher battle at the last jam i was at and the winner got a case of red bull.. i saw a kid get matrix shoved into the bar and go airborn. i didn't even try anymore after that. that got way too crazy. but typically i perform and enjoy cyphers better than battles with judges.

i like the energy in cyphers and can usually get really hype off of it and always want to throw down, for battles though i gotta be feeling the music or else i can't get into it as much.

I like both but cyphers are a little more fun for me. i can go all out without being all aggressive like I am in battles.

Cyphering and battling should be treated with the same intensity. Besides, the real battles happen in cyphers anyway.

I love cyphering. I can just play around and have fun..i do the same in battles but just something about everyone just going out in cyphers that just bring a smile to my face. A lot of these young cats(im only 16 lol) liek to just battle in philly and they get way too competitive and aggressive for me.. I prefer to just have fun and feel the music..so its Cyphers for me..
