Wrist problems. -

Started flares. and now my wrists are shot.
i got 2 flares now so i know its not because im doing it wrong, but some of the guys say its my wrists breaking in and just suck up the pain. i cant even do a simple handstand without winching in pain. Help? |

KRS one: hip means to know its a form of intelligence to be hip is to be up to date and relavent. hop is a form of movment you cant just observe a hop you gotta hop up and do it hip and hop is more then music hip is the knowledge hop is the movement hip and hop is intelligent movment.

3 days should be fine maybe four but i know it can be hard to resist the erge to practice and practicing moves easyer on your wrist wont help eather cuz your almost always putting weight on it

i think, if it's painful, then probably not good, means something is wrong, u should try to put on somethin, or do somethin differently so that it does not hurt, cuz means somethin is not right, that's my opinion. I hurt my leg on thursday, then again on saturday (i had to run, did not warm up (at school)), so i decided to rest, did not even do footwork or anythin, maybe jumped a little, stretched a little, but the pain got away , well, not totally, today is monday, and when i was doin footwork, it suddenly hurt again, but was just when i made somethin that needed my right leg to use more strenght, but i think, if i rested some days, this pain goes away, but if i dance, and soemthing hurts EVERYTIME i do it, means something is wrong, my fingers hurted before, not anymore

Ok this as happend to me to... but ive been in pain for some months now, and lost my flares.... Damn it i hate this shit :P Im acually going to the doctor today, i think
