Always widen ur legs when in motion or in movement and also when hopping to ur 3rd hand, u have to turn backwards towards the ground to achieve this, u must add little power to ur legs so that they may be in a rotating motion.

When I first started I did.
"heres a tip: i like to make lots of sets. to see what flows, i just think, "Do a random toprock!" so i do that. next i go, "do a footwork!" and i try to flow well into it. next, i think, "do a _____!" and i do that, making sure it flows.

Not really always...but sometimes I'd get so pent up for not breaking for like an hour and a half I'll do a coin drop and just keep walking
