when i first started doing freezes, i had my elbow in a rong spot when i stabbed, it's bin like 2 months, and i still can't walk right and i can't skate, but i did find my pocket, so i can freeze now, i just wonder if any body had this happen to them before and could tell me what i did to my hip, anything would be nice, thank you

Can you feel any pain? And where? Or are you just unable to break/skate/walk properly?

Go see a doctor, and they'll probs recommend you to a physio or osteopath.
