As far as a cypher goes, don't prepare for it; a cypher is a sporadic circle where bboys/bgirls can let loose. Let the music take you and just rock it. As far as a battle goes, train for it. Have your sets or go-to-moves ready to go. You want to build up your arsenal for any situation that may occur because each bboy comes with a different battle tactic, and you must consider some type of counter to control the outcome of the battle. Be confident in yourself. Be one with the music.
