I breakdance every day and I get skinnier every month! I want to GAIN WEIGHT, but how can I breakdance and gain weight at the same time!?
I know I could eat a lot more, but I'm too lazy and I don't want to bloat. >_> Anyone have any TIPS!? |

Man, don't worry about WEIGHT. It's the muscle that helps anyway. If you feel healthy, there's no problem!

True, I solved my problem (which was the fact that no matter how much I ate I always would not gain weight-due to the fact that I'm tall, 6'2), by simply working out and gaining muscle.

It's as simple as these guys have said. You maintain the discipline and the work ethic of exercise and your weight will increase naturally with muscle development. If you're gunning for weight for its own sake, though, and not muscle, then all you have to do is consume more calories than you burn. You could try a Michael Phelps diet? On a side note, I can't stand Michael Phelps, and I can't stand the fact that I remember his name. |

Well, man, I can't say anything worthwhile that hasn't already been said. Hit the weights, make sure your nutrition's right, and start practicing his more gymnastic moves (planches, hollowback inverts, etc.). |

thats high metabolism, and im fucking 6'6 and 175 pounds. seriously weight does not matter, after a while my muscles started getting used to doing what i do and weight isnt an issue. but if your real serious then buy weight gainers from GNC stores. also keep a good workout routine going so all that weight turns into muscle instead of fat

weight is nothing im skinny as hell...
im 6'0 and i only weight like 140 ish lmao...i still bench over my weight tho but even tho my bench sucks im workin on 1 handed handstands and i jus got 2 legged hollows n stuff...as long as u can do ur moves ur good... |
