Hi guyz! can you tell me the strength training for handglide freeze.. i really want to achieve this freeze..i hope you all will help me ^^

It's not so much strength, as most beginners would think. Yes, it involves strength, but it's a lot more balance and practice. Just keep practicing the freeze, little by little, every day. It shouldn't be too difficult. Keep messing around with it until you find a good spot to put your elbow and find your balance.

learn turtle freeze, learn baby freeze, get decent core muscles, learning handstand (even against a wall) can help develope them
try to place your elbow below your rib cage, above your hip, AND parallel to your bellybutton, your stabbed arm's hand should be facing either down or sideways NOT up when you learn turtle freeze, all you need to do is unstab 1 arm and place it outward as your balancing arm, eventually you will get the strength to let go of your balancing arm and practicing balance on your 1 stabbed arm alone (in order to get the handglide) |

Oh! and you need wrist muscles to do handglide freeze and other floats.. so to train your wrist muscles u needa do some handstand pushups... it works... try it... and welcome to bboy.org! lol goodluck!

practice handstands u will build strength some pushups and practice doing a handglide with no supporting hand.
