nt bad but concentrate on keeping ur legs straight all the time now ur legs close in a little when u stab back up keep it up

When you start and pushoff, lift your legs a little higher and you have to really swing both of your legs the whole time to keep that rotation going. Your legs kind of bend on each rotation, so make a habit out of keeping them straight.

Try to get a tiny bit more momentum. But other than that, they're pretty good

Um what everyone else said I guess.
Yours are 10 times better than mine are. I cant even get into the stab. I abandoned these and started working on flares. lol Keep working on them, you can only get better. |

Legs straight obviously....And try to get more up on your shoulders instead of your back...Getting on ur shoulders will give u the momentum you need
