Wow...this thread has got a lot of opinion. Maybe I should just switch to private school.....still rich and white tho. It's hip-hop dancing, but they don't like...it's not hip-hop. It;s simpler to say that

Or ya could always try a start a class or crew at your school I've heard of many people doing this so it couldn't hurt either

lol, i dont know why you asked this question. Your probably not gonna be doing too many bboy moves if your on the team cause those teams usually dont let someone solo, even if you do your gonna get like 5 seconds of it.
I was in the same situation as you when i was in highschool. My highschool is actually ranked very high up there, usually first or second internationally i think. The dance coach wanted me to join but i didnt because i knew the only thing i would be teaching them would be freezes and i would have to learn all these gay moves.
I ended up just teaching them a couple of things and watching them dance. Its better to assist then to join.

dont do it. its not worth it. dance teams are all choreo and girly at that. and why would you wanna give them bboy style anyway. their good at wat they do and they prolly not gonna work much in anyway. let ppl live their life. theres no point on going around preaching hip hop to ppl who have only had it sugar-coated their entire life. if you join do it because you llike it and would actually like to participate in the things they do, not to be some sort of know it all role model
