You might of thought it was another attempt for bboys to re-arrange the English language, but its pretty well defined just look it up in the dictionary
![]() 1. the characteristic quality of a thing: He captured the flavor of the experience in his book. 2. a particular quality noticeable in a thing: language with a strong nautical flavor. 3. The attribute that causes something to be flavourful. Usually used in the phrase "yields additional flavour". "This convention yields additional flavor by allowing one to print text either right-side-up or upside-down." |

In terms of Bboying its what you add to the dance. It's not just one particular thing. It is a combination of your attitude, the way you do your moves, etc. You should notice how everyone dances (as long as they're not huge biters) in a unique way. Two Bboys can do the exact same move but because of their "flava" they can look completely different.

flava is when somebody does the basics.. but still the basics look
like it's their steps.. they added they flava to their moves.. you only have this or either your fuckin dope, or you've been dancing for several years.. Don't get your hopes up tho.. I see too many PRO bboys who still don't have any flava, just moves |
