what are those mats that you practice on at Gyms -

what are those mats that you practice on at Gyms .
you know.. those mats thatyou practice airflares/flips and allthose stuff.. cause im shy too goo and practice my moves at gyms. also i hate showing my new moves that i learn too people quickly id like too keep it secret andshow em later on that way it be more surprising |

Naw I agree, dude you shouldn't worry about 'surprising' anybody. I know how you feel but trust me in the end, even when you get the move, it'll be like "wow that's dope"...10 seconds later..."anyways, did you see that clip etc etc". Not worth hiding your moves just for something like that.
Anyways be careful with mats if you're practising stuff like airflares or whatever. It's cool to do it to get the technique down, but any move that involves wrists should be moved to a normal floor once the technique is learned. Mats let your wrist sink more since that's the whole point of them, they're cushioned - but by doing that your wrists will overstretch and this could cause injury later. |

wrestling mats, i'm on the wrestling team in my school so i strap on my wrestlingshoes and practice on the mats whenever
