So my problem is that everytime i do a session, i sit most of the time because i have no energy to train. So how do i get that energy? i heard energy drinks are rly bad for u?

hah, yesterday a 9 year old beat me in a battle. It wasn't even close. Sweet .

Eat properly

Eat 3 meals a day or 6 smaller meals a day

Drink water.

Bring water to sesh.

Work on endurance practice like, each practice try going for 1 minute straight then try and add 10 seconds on too it every practice. or some shit like that lol.

^ apart from that take it slow. If ur new to bboying it will take u longer to get adjusted so just take ur time and push urself when ur tired

like fire said, eat whole grain, fruits nd vegs, all that stuff. it helps a lot.

Do a LOT of footwork to build some stamina.
My stamina is also shitty lol.
