Shoulder pads -
04-01-2009, 09:30 PM
I thought there would already be a thread about this, but there was nothing when i searched it.
Ive been doing windmills since november, but i only started collapsing properly onto my shoulder about a month ago. since then, ive been getting horrible bruises on my shoulders. did any of you use shoulder pads for windmills? if not, what did you do? |

If you are getting hurt your doing it wrong.
If you are getting hurt and doing it right, then practice other moves. The best don't get hurt. |

I actually just took like a small towel and put it under my shirt on my shoulder (and one on my sides) when I was getting hurt. @shen: doh... but in order to figure out what you are doing wrong you have to try out different methods of doing whatever you are doing which you won't want to do if you get hurt every time. I was having that problem and I figured out my problem not long after I tried padding myself, I was able to try out things without hurting myself, and then I came across my problem.
