IMO, Cico has better 1990's but the end has got way more transitions with it.

Dude KYS can't even break 20 -.-
But KYS is definitely better at power overall. Cico's power is a lot faster, but a lot more repetitive. |

I hear everybody talking about cico's controversial comment about taisuke but i've never seen a vidoe/recording of it, can someone post one? but the end in overall power is better but when you close it in into that one move of 1990, cico seems to be better

still thats a lot, but i think the ends 1990's look cleaner than cicos. Plus he has a hella lot of transitions into them.
