Depends how you get injured. Some people just get bboy burns, other people fuck up doing airflares and break their wrist. Just depends.

I'll just start off by saying the majority rappers today have no intention of supporting hip-hop culture. If you don't support the culture, then you aren't really hip-hop.

Everybody has a different pain threshold ... for the most part you probably won't get hurt too badly, expect little things though i guess.
And yes there are things that can go wrong, i've fucked my wrists..but meh i just bboy through it now. theres been few people on here hurt real bad that i know of.. and they seem to love it so much they get back to it when they done recovering. |

I've got a permanent knee thing which requires me to wear kneepads at all times, else if I hit that knee I'll be crawling for the next 2-4 hours that pass.
But other then that, it's just playing it as safe as possible and knowing where your limits are and not pushing too far beyond those (just far enough to get some progress :P) |

Here's a little move that might be interesting. Haloes. One of the most dangerous moves in the breakdancing history, for not only it strains a person's neck while spinning, some can't break, some are permantly damaged, some are lucky, some die! Does that sum things up?

OK! IN 8 MONTHS, I've learned:
Windmill, Airbaby, Planche, Flag, Valdez, Handspring, Headspring, Kip-Up, Turtle, etc xD Moves I need to release: Chair, Airchair, 1990, 2000, Rubberbands, Back Handspring, Side Glide, Cricket, Elbow Spin, etc |

xD My mum said she didn't really want me to break dance because
she's afraid that I'll get hurt. I did get hurt but whatever, pain like that isn't going to stop me because break dancing is just something I love to do. |

ok... bboying is just like anyother sport~~
there is always injuries involved Dx.... even when walking, you have the possibility of spraining your ankle but depending on whether you're a stylehead of powerhead.... i think the inujuries would vary from person to person =P |

ive almost dislocated both shoulders in handstands and airfreeze. windmills are being shit to me. first, i landed on my hip and it hurt like hell. next, i got better and started landing on my lower back. it hurt less, but i got really bad bruises. now, im finally landing on my shoulder, but i still get bad bruises with too much practise.
