Hey i was wondering if you guys were the same as me...in that when im really stressed, sessioning is alot more appealing and when I actually practice, i get alot more things done, and enjoy it much more?

During the Great Deppresion, people were filled with all kinds of stress. As a result, people wanted to go out and clear their mind of problems by doing things like watching movies and playing board games.
When you (and other people) are under stress, you may feel like you want to escape it and do other things. In your case (and sometimes mine) you will go session. |

I notice that you tend to not notice how tired you are because you're still preoccupied at about how pissed or angry you are at the moment.
Then when you start hitting things it all goes away. |

Stress helps you focus, which is why sessions tend to be 100x more effective when you're stressed out. Being stressed also instills a sense of determination. The trick is to use this energy wisely.
