Yeah.. my hair has been thinning out right on the top where I do my headhollows and stuff. Not completely bald but you can see the difference up close. Has this happened to anyone else? I wear a hat when I practice stuff on my head but strands fall out when I wash my hair or like pull it or whatnot. Anything specific I should do to help/prevent this? Thanks.

hmmmm
maybe wear a bandana and then a beanie over it that helps i guess if ur overusing headhollows or whatever then try not to? maybe lay off of them for a while so ur hair can grow back if u dont like it thinned up there or thing the rest of ur hair |

Same thing happens to me when I practice headspins, but not to the point where I can pull hair our with ease. I used to have short hair and there was a pretty noticable spot on the top of my head, but now that I started growing my hair out, I can't see it anymore.
So a solution would be to: a) grow your hair longer. b) get over it, it's most likely only temporary. c) wear better head protection. d) go bald. |

happened to me for headspins... hahah its been a year now and i still have a small spot. but it's gone away for the most part
now i have thinning on the side of my head from nutcrackers and it hurts, but a lot of people have this problem lol. once you grow out your hair a lil it's not noticible at all. Exactly what you're describing happened to me. just lay off the headhollows for a lil while and once your hair gets better do them again but less than you do them now. And dont worry about it dude. Happens to a lot of people.. i actually had a callous on my head for a while from headspin practice :P but i had to stop just when i was geting good cause it hurt so much lol. |

yeah lighten up man. But if your young then you shouldnt be worried. Balding isn't normal for kids.
