just let it rest and it'll go away in about 5 - 7 days at most

EDIT: stretching it out also helps

omg...use the search bar up the top and type in:

we are not doctors
Read that thread. Have a long hard think about it, read it once more to make sure you get the message..then think why this thread is pointless.

We should have a health section of the forum whose sole purpose is to tell people who seek medical answers on this site to realize how pointless their question is. Trust me, it'll work; and it'll keep all these posts in one section, ha.

Don't ask us for help. If it still hurts after a couple of days, go see a doctor.

Seek professional medical help cus chances are, our advice or remedies will probably make it worse. Lol.

you should do halos in the other direction with the same arm and it'll snap back to normal after you fall on it.

Seems like people are finally catching on to my argument that none of us are qualified doctors LOL.

Damn you guys are all up on his case. More than asking for proper medical advice, if you look at his thread title, he's asking if anyone who's experienced the same thing can throw him any tips on how to handle this.

I've experienced a similar thing when I overshot from a baby freeze to spinning air chair. I felt it more in my shoulder. Just let it rest and it'll be gone in a few days. If it continues, I guess stop by a doctor.
