man, i need to update everything on my profile >_>... not the point. I bboy and can do 5 basic moves in c-walking, my friend is a pro so I mix in c-walking and toprock into my sets. Personally i feel c-walking is much easier because there are no need for hand movements (like if you had an aggressive toprock) and its very simple to learn because most c-walking moves are about 3-5 steps and you just repeat them+ mix with other moves to make them look good. I'd reccomend to do them both so you have more variety.

uh... c-walking is harder IMO because of smaller, more intricate steps, however, toprock looks better and takes more time to develop your own style.

Well, C-walking, like Hijite stated, definitely has more subtle aspects to it. And the movements are clearly a bit more awkward at first. Learning it isn't too hard. Getting it to look good is.
But that goes for both...so I don't know.
I personally think c-walking is kind of weird because your arms don't move too much (correct me if I wrong, I'm not a c-walker), but that's just my opinion. And it's hard to see variety. Again, only my opinion.

I think they're around equal, since I do both. Toprock is hard to turn into something you like and feel confident doing, because it needs arm movements and whole body movement. Cwalking is more of the feet, with the arms not doing nearly as much as in toprocking. Cwalking is hard because of all the intricate movements you need to learn, along with learning enough of them to keep the walk fresh.

Anyway, I think that both have simple and easy basics, but you need to work hard to make either of them look good.

clownin was crazy to learn. made my ankles way stronger. once you got a great amount of moves and can free style, it's definitely fun. but it gets old to me.
it was awkward at first to learn for sure.
top rock is harder to look good where cwalk you keep your hands in ur pockets or just dont move em.
top rock i would say is harder cuz you use most of your entire leg. Top rock is more fun to i would say. you feel pretty smooth with a good cwalk doh.

i think the question is what one looks better...toprocking does. where is c-walking guna get you? u look like a twat who can only do sht with their feet if u c-walk. not very fun is it

i used to cwalk and when i started toprocking toprocking is much harder
and my brother cwalksa still i showd him some toprocks he sed its hella hard

Mixing cwalking with bboy toprocking is pretty lame LOL. Its usually beginners that do that. ts okay though, people learn to correct their mistakes in time hahah.
