I dunno about that. BC one is like... a watered down taste of the scene. I think showing Inside the Circle was a great step forward, but a jam like Freestylesession would be soooo much better.

a friend of mine brought up a good point once. Why r they airing so much bboying on mtv? i mean its good to get the culture out there but eventually your gonna get nothing but mtv kids who know nothing about the culture, barley care to learn it, and just want to learn the moves and shit without knowing how to be a real bboy. i mean, is it becoming TOO mainstream now? would it be better to keep it underground? just throwing an opinion out there. have at it.

well i don't know if it's an underground vs above ground argument, rather than one of an educated audience in either department. Battling for a bunch of clueless underground bboys is no better than battling for a bunch of clueless 16 year old girls.

i think its dope that the world can see what we do, and finally get love for it.

how many times have yall been kicked out of a spot for bboying?? Now maybe we can get some respect.

Look at what popularity did for UFC and MMA....those fighters used to bleed to the ground and got paid diddley shit. Now they are making money doin what they love and what they are good at instead of those fake WWF fights.

who cares if more kids wanna get into bboying because they see it on tv. How did u guys get into it? Bboying is not some Cult that we should keep to ourselves and its not exclusive. There is no secret initiation, if you love it, do it.
If yall are worried about soo many new bboys coming up and gettin into it, step ur game up and make urself untouchable.

Yeah, I have to agree whole-heartedly with this. Next thing you know, we'll be doing an absolute repeat of the 80's.
