i need help - Today, 11:23 PM
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- i have been breaking for a year and a half but i consider myself a beginner still can u tell me what i need to improve on and how based of this video im wearing the red pants...im bboy chief ...anyway i workout and do pushups,squats,situps but im not getting better...i was told i have good transition but need foundation..any advice will help |

you lack fluidness, you have some really nice transitions and then you have some "bleh" transitions.
i can say you need to drill more and youll probably get a lot more fluent also learn to collapse in your windmills. |

no, no, no, no, no.
You need to drill your footwork and footwork-to-freeze transitions. ALOT. do drills for at least 3 hours/week. Pick 3 steps (i.e. - 6 step, 3-step, 12-step) and drill each footwork step individually for 30 seconds each, full speed... 3 times/step. Then drill for 60 sec switching between steps (i.e. - 2 6 steps then a 12 step then 5 3 steps, etc.)... 3 sets of that. Then work on transitioning to freezes from each footwork step in part 1, then switch up those initial 3 steps and start over. |
