Dance circle in the lunch room, consist of 2 c-walkers and some kid attempting to windmill. i join in and do a heavy set of toprock and foot work, crowd starts to form bigger, so i amp it up do crickets and mills. Then the Dean enters grabs my shoulder and walks me to the other side of the room and says.

"Son why on earth are you doing that?" i say, "i'm a bboy, thats my dance style."

He says, " i dont care what it is, its a distraction and dangerous, next time i see you dancing like that i'll have you arrested for public disruption and school disruption."

I'm like, " so they can keep dancing but i can't?" He said yes and sent me to the office.

----sound right to you guys? ppl told me to go to the main office and complain.

he cant do shit. if he's letting them form a circle and dance and telling you you cant. call a local newpaper make a big deal call it discrimination. call it ignorance but he cant do that shit. just keep doing you call his bluff he'd lose his job over something stupid like that/

Yeah man something similar happened to me and my friends at our school, its bullshit I know but when you're on school grounds the administration can basically do whatever they want. You're only option it would seem would be find whoever employees the dean and talk with them.

We plan on using a loop-hole, teachers said if i can get a teacher sponsor we can make a club and dance when ever we want where ever we want and just say its club related. =D

Yeah man thats what we did, but for us we have to have the sponsor present at all club events.
