those suckaz are jealous and that’s a real fact forrealz
i don't know what their problem is coz your vid @37sec - 1:14sec indeed includes style !#

the comments thrown on bboy vidz on youtube are mainly by eboys
so i'd recommend simply ignoring those suckaz
lyk
A says :lilou won the bc one 2005 , B says fuck hell no hong10 should have won because of XYZ moves C: no lilou smoked him so badly D says: Lilou ain't no real bboy he's cocky E: no wtf r u talkin about he's dope

see it's a never ending circle

so yeah juz continue breakin lyk before and don't let negative and WACKASS comments affect you in your bboyin

You're alright. Its like the same things over and over in the vid though. Too little footage to really have an opinion about it though. I would keep working on your foundation though. Style is not a move either, lol.

Edit: Actually thats probably what they mean but you don't have style, meaning they're saying you don't have foundation which I didn't see much of. You can only get so far doing the same tricks, but its still good to have decent foundation.

if there was a vid of just you as a sillouhette dancing, it wouldnt be hard to tell that it is you that is dancing, and not just some bboy that does 6step and windmill.

in other words, you have style, your footwork has style, your tops hav style, and your blow-ups have their own style. IMHO

so ya dont listen to them e-boys

foundation is the way that you build your style. Foundation is not footwork, it isn't toprocks, it also isn't being a "stylehead". Foundation is the way you do YOUR moves a certain way. It's when and how you do your moves when your dancing to a song.

that's a basic definition....

I thought that was style, I need to do more research, I used to think it was all the footwork step as in 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,10 steps. Shiet

Style is not a move or something that you can directly work on. Style is developed. I know alot of bboys That might have good foundation but still not have style. Foundation isn't just one thing but encompasses basic aspects of footwork, dancing, and power. Foundational power is like swipes, mills, baby swipes, etc. Foundational footwork is of course the basic steps everyone knows. Then when you get good at them and begin to mix and piece things together you end up developing your own style or flavor.

Np problem man, we all had to start somewhere too. I started dancing almost 5 years ago but didn't learn about foundation till about a year, so its good that you know what it is now.
