momentum legs - 03-14-2008, 10:56 AM

Ok first of all i stab with left arm .

When i get on my back , all the momentum stops i just stop at the back and dont move. Legs are width and streight but i have this problem the momentum stops . I kinda dont want to swing legs . Its like i do ony the collapse i pull up my right leg and kick under and then i stop. Maybe some advice your maybe you had the same problem when you where learning mills!

Oh and must my left leg swing as near to the flore as possible ?

yeah it should swing close to the floor, you want you legs to use momentum outward, if that makes sense. good luck

post a video.

from what u said, i guess you need to swing your legs down harder, or maybe youre kicking wrong. u shouldnt lose "all" momentum regardless, so im not sure. after u collapse u should be spiinning on your back a little while, if you cant restab.
