Need some help with my mills -

If anyone could tell me a couple things i need to work on. When i do them. I really feel out of control and sometimes if feels like my legs are swinging faster then my body and it throws all my momentum off. THanks for the help
They are not bad. I know you have the rolling motion to restab down more than anything else. I would suggest that you get more higher on your shoulders. You still want to be as high as possible. Right now you are rolling closer to the middle of your back.
You said you feel that your mills are "out of control". You'll start to feel more in control the more you practice. Anything can feel in control if you keep practicing it over and over again. Also, your legs will always be swinging faster than your body all the time, you just have to connect them together so they will result in faster mills.
Now about the legs. Straighten them. People have said this before, I will said again. Straighten them. If you keep having them bent, you will rely on strengthen and that small bit of momentum to be able to get to that restab. Straighten them and swing them so that they will help you get cleaner faster mills.
also try to swing your left leg (kicking leg) more in a smoother circular motion. try to get it close to the ground but not touching it. it should be smoother and more circular when u straighten it out as well.
your kicks seem to get pretty straight and not get as much momentum.
Thanks for the input. Question though. When i'm in hand glide position. Should i have my free hand closer to my body or further way and how do i roll more on my shoulders? Thanks for the help
