the trick is gonna be kicking your right leg high and straight to start it off... thats what keeps your hips high as you swing your left leg under and roll to your shoulder... watch the video in jwang's windmill guide and compare his right leg to yours when you start your swing... the difference is big, his right leg is straight and yours is extremely bent. now you may not be able to get your right leg straight yet but the straighter it gets the closer you will get to the prefferred end result
you arent collapsing right in the first place. youre basically throwing your body on its side then rolling onto your back. only your upper back should be touching the ground while doing mills so you dont have that.
stretch your legs if you cant get them straight. cuz youre gonna get nowhere
youre also kicking both legs at the same time. dont kick your left leg til your right leg kicks. but like i said, go stretch for 2 weeks then come back and try mills.
also, can you hold a baby long? one handed i mean. cuz your pivot isnt really a pivot and tahts gonna cost you in momentum.
practice babys, stretch, then ask how to COLLAPSE correctly.
haha actually thats getting there. dont tap when you pivot, just let yourself spin for a bit. youre still on youre lower back, kick harder w/ your right leg. and youre still semi kicking both legs at the same time, remember its one at a time, kick right leg while collapsing, after you roll halfway on your upper back kick your left leg.

yeah its getting there.
k so bring your kicking leg (left) higher when u start out. then sweep it down w/ lots of force, and sweep under your right leg and all the way thru so you get lots of momentum. you seem to stop the kick
you really need to kick all the way thru.
also go read/watch some guides on the collapse. somethings a little off there. it should be smoother.

also try to keep your legs straight.
and roll onto your shoulders, not lower back.
