you need to keep your legs straight and locked in a V shape so you don't hit your knees on the ground. and the bruised shoulder is normal.

you need more momentum, seems likr yur legs are slowin you down. when you stab at the beginning and getting ready to do the windmill, move slightly in the opposite direction then throw yurself the proper way (kinda like charging it up). Also keep your legs as spread apart (or in V shape as Bboy JP stated) as you can, this helps with the momentum.

so far yur lookin good, jus keep at it and keep those few things in mind, you just need more momentum and speed. Practice going into the windmill from turntable position, and don't force to get more rotations, focus on getting one really good one first.

k, first you need to fix your swinging motion of the legs.
first the left leg comes up.
then the irght leg lifts up.
then the left leg sweeps under.

you are moving them as one, but u need to make it 2.

also u need to get more on your shoulders (higher up) so your right leg doesnt hit the ground and you can lift it up and sweep the left leg under again to continue them.

oh and also get the collapse down really well, because it looks like you're kind of forward rolling into them.
